High efficiency-condensing Boiler

Boilers are amongst the least energy efficient appliances in your home. They account for approximately 33% of all CO2 emissions. A high efficiency-condensing boiler is designed to recover energy normally discharged into the atmosphere through the flue. A standard boiler will work at around 60% efficiency. A high efficiency boiler will work at around 95% - thus saving you up to a third on your heating bills and at the same time substantially reducing your carbon footprint and improve your homes Building Energy Rating (BER).

Thermostatically controlled radiator valves (TRVs) can be installed on a radiator in place of a hand wheel valve.

Thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs)

Thermostatically controlled radiator valves can be installed on a radiator in place of a hand wheel valve. The thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) will automatically turn the radiator off when the desired temperature is achieved. This is one of the most cost effective ways of improving your Building Energy Rating (BER).
